Let's do this : Bain de bouche à l'huile / Oil pulling

Après les cheveux, le visage, le corps... l'huile en soin de bouche, oui, oui oui. C'est en naviguant sur le forum LHCF, que je suis tombée sur une méthode dont je n'avais jamais entendu parler : le oil pulling aka OP en gros une sorte de bain de bouche à l'huile les gargarismes en moins (à éviter même).

After hair, face, body... oil in the mouth, yes ma'am. While lurking on LHCF I came across a post praising this care which I've never heard of before : oil pulling (OP). For the english readers I think you will find all the info on the forum (use search tool an type "oil pulling" ) or on this site :  www.oilpulling.com. That's why I'll only keep on writing in french for the rest of this post (please don't be mad at me though ^^).

Let's do this : Thé capillaire / Hair tea (well...tea rinse)

Comme dit il y a peu je me donnais jusqu'à la fin du mois de mai pour enfin me lancer dans les thés capillaires et du coup poursuivre le challenge ayurvédique de beautiful pindi. Je me suis décidée et lancée il y a un peu moins de deux semaines.

Like I said I plan to try ayurvedic hair tea before the end of may to determine if I would stay in the ayurvedic challenge on beautiful pin di. I have finally do some, two weeks ago.
